The goals of the Extension Program are to discover where new Auxiliaries could be started, assist weaker Auxiliaries to get them back in working order, attempt to reactivate those that have already disbanded and, if unable to, make sure that all members are transferred to a working Auxiliary. Today there are about 5,000 Auxiliaries throughout the United States, Germany, Guam and Panama.
